Part-time : 5 books for for 30 days
Students : 2 books for 14 days
Others : 10 books for 14 days
In addition to this all Library
members can issue any book for
whole day (i.e. day issue)

The Library is taking appropriate steps to computerize the house-keeping operations. The initiative aimed at the retrospective conversion of library collection is in progress. The retrospective conversion is the conversion of the library catalogue from manual to machine readable form according to policies and standards prescribed by the UGC-INFLIBNET. The library is fully automated in purchasing, processing and providing the learning resources. Database of library resources has been created and being updated. Koha library management software is being used for maintaining library services. The databases are also available for remote access through OPAC (online Public Access Catalogue).
1. Subject teachers prepare their lists in accordance with the syllabi and the requirement of the students.
2. Librarian reviews the lists with collection and compiles the final list .
3. Place order with the approval of the Principal for procurement.
